America's Military: Becoming the A-Team

It's so comical..  Not Ha Ha, Hee Hee Hoo Hoo funny but..

OK, so anyways we reported on Monday the ONLY reason the President is seeking Congressional approval for his invasion or missile firing or whatever our military wants to do there is because there isn't enough funds in the Defense budget to add to all the other parts of the globe we're involved in...

Remember between last year and the early part of next, the Defense budget will have been slashed by $600 billion (which is 7 months of Federal Reserve QE spending)

We also demonstrated to the reader that no Arab nation is on board and giving any kind of support for our involvement there.. Call it a Coalition of the Stay-the-F-Out

So when Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.) asked who will be footing the bill if Congress doesn't wish to, Sec of State John Kerry told her according to the Washington Post, "that Arab counties have offered to pay for the entirety of unseating President Bashar al-Assad if the United States took the lead militarily."

Kerry went on to say:

"Some of them have said that if the United States is prepared to go do the whole thing the way we’ve done it previously in other places, they’ll carry that cost... That’s how dedicated they are at this. That’s not in the cards, and nobody’s talking about it, but they’re talking in serious ways about getting this done."

Let's break this down in simple terms:

1)  If we do this and are successful in overthrowing Assad, we just became al Qaida's Air Force, Army, Navy and Marines..

2)  The United States military are now Hessians (German soldiers hired by Great Britain during the War for Independence to fight the colonial army)

We'd be mercenaries...i.e guns for hire...

We'd be the A-Team

What a horrible joke.. American men and women putting themselves in harms way not to protect America or even to protect our economic interests...

Nope we'll be sending them off to die or come back with missing limbs and/or post-traumatic stress because Saudi Arabia (let's not kid ourselves who's offering the $$) doesn't want to see their own military put in harms' way

Meanwhile Americans widely oppose launching missile strikes against the Syrian government for its alleged use of chemical weapons, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll that finds little to no appetite for military action across the country..

From Washington Post:

"Nearly six in 10 (60%) oppose missile strikes in light of the U.S. government’s determination that Syria used chemical weapons against its own people.

Democrats and Republicans alike oppose strikes by double digit margins, and there is deep opposition among every political and demographic group in the survey.

Political independents are among the most clearly opposed, with 66 percent saying they are against military action."

But of course Obama and Kerry and Boehner and Pelosi and all the 'important' people know better than us..  We're just peons who finance these wars..  They have 'information'.. We don't..  

We ask for it and like children we're put down.. 'Nope.. too complicated for your (our) little minds to grasp'..

So many people signed up after 9/11..  We thought we'd be fighting the enemy who attacked us..  Instead our brave fight for regime change.. Fight so the IMF have open new lines of credit to 'rebel' armies...

Fight to assist those who killed our people on 9/11 and who still want us obliterated..

And these G-D elected leaders couldn't care less about that or what we think or feel...

So now we're becoming an international joke and our military has gone rogue to the highest bidder..

So to quote the show's intro, "If you have a problem...if no one else can help...and if you can find them...maybe you can hire...  Cue the music:  the A-Team!!
